Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with the aim of pushing our products on the national and international market.

He/She will be tasked with carrying out in-depth market research, contacting potential customers directly, maintaining relationships with existing customers, preparing sales forecasts, as well as modifying existing strategies based on product and market evolution as well as providing suggestions for business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set sales targets with our Management and provide accurate periodic forecasts
  • Analyse the national and international context, conduct timely market research with the marketing team in order to evaluate its potential
  • Develop strategies to increase the customer base, contact potential customers directly for a first presentation of our products both through face-to-face visits and through virtual meetings
  • Provide product demonstrations to customers with the technical support of our Product Specialist
  • Manage the sales negotiation on the basis of the indications agreed with the Management until the signing of the order making sure that this is taken care of internally correctly
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing assigned customers
  • Participate in exhibitions
  • Keep up-to-date the company CRM punctually


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Biomedical or Computer Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • Valid driver’s license with own car
  • Passion for software
  • Previous experience in the same role in a software house or in the medical devices field; deep knowledge of almost one of our client target is a plus (private clinics, veterinarians, dentists)
  • Willingness to travel frequently in Italy or abroad
  • Fluent English is a must
