To expand our R&D Department we are looking for a Team Leader Integration.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage our team of internal Developers and our external Consultants, balancing their workload
- Give clear and technical guidelines answering our Developers’ implementation doubts
- Guarantee a proper use of the ticketing management software structure, development environment, and a proficient understanding of Version Control Software (Source Code Management Tools) (git or others)
- Propose process and architectural improvements so as to make integrations more effective
- Keep design documentation of the integration process up to date:
- pipeline and progress of the activities
- software documentation
- test report
- Make sure integrations are done in accordance with performance and code testability
- Guarantee that the agreed deadlines (completion of the integration) are met
- Monitor the available updates of the integrated moduls libraries liasing with our HW components suppliers
- Identify bugs, and devise solutions to these problems directly with customers, when necessary
- Coordinate the integration activities with the main Stakeholders within the R&D department
- Guarantee the growth and the development of our internal team by planning evaluation meetings and proposing specific training
- Support Management team in considering alternative technologies
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronic / Computing Systems Engineering or similiar background
- Excellent relational and communicative skills
- Ability to manage suppliers and external Consultants
- Project leadership
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of C++ coding language
Nice to have:
- Technical knowledge of the technologies employed, Hardware and Software architecture.
- Knowledge of electronic communication
- Knowledge of the radiological field
