Last month Digitec was proudly awarded among those companies who delivered quality work placements during 2023.
Indeed, Confindustria values the commitment of those companies that train new generations through the awarding of the “BAQ “, which rewards companies that stand out for the quality of work placements they deliver throughout the year, promoting beneficial collaborations with high schools and with vocational training centres.
In 2023 we had 7 students from 4 local schools: I.I.S. Badoni and Fiocchi in Lecco, I.I.S. Alessandro Greppi in Monticello, and Casa Degli Angeli in Lecco. Each student had the opportunity to test his skills for the subjects and industry he is qualifying for- production, IT or administration – and to share his impressions at the end of their experience in the company (click here to find out more!).
Digitec is extremely grateful to all colleagues who welcomed the students in their teams and shared with them what it means to work with vision, innovation and team spirit.
