METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING

We process your data using IT and telematic means and protecting them thanks to the adoption of adequate security measures, as required by current legislation and, in particular, by the GDPR.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The personal data collected through the Site are processed by authorized people who act on the basis of specific instructions we have provided regarding the purpose and methods of each treatment.
Even the external subjects to whom we turn for the supply of our services and for the activities within our competence (for example, the hosting service provider), appointed as data processors, may process some data collected through the Site. CATEGORIES AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSED

a) Navigation data

The information systems and software procedures used to the operation of this web site acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning. Such information is not collected in order to relate it to identifiable data subjects; however, it may allow User identification after being processed and matched with data held by third parties.
This data category includes the: IP addresses or names of computer domains used by visitors who access the website; URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources; time of request; method used to submit the request to the server; size of the file obtained in response; numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server and other details relating to the operating system and the information environment of Users.

Purpose

This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the Site and to check its correct functioning. This data may also be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of possible computer crimes against the website.

c) Newsletter

We send our newsletter by e-mail for free to those who explicitly request it, by filling out the appropriate form on the Site. The data collected will be processed with IT tools and/or automated means just for the aforementioned purpose. The data will be processed exclusively by Digitec staff and collaborators and by the subjects designated as data processors, including, in particular, Sendinblue SAS, with legal office in Parigi (France), 55, rue d’Amsterdam, 75008, registered number 498 019 298, who provides us the newsletter service; for more information, please see: https://it.sendinblue.com/legal/termsofuse/ and the Personal Data Agreement attached.
In order to stop receiving the newsletter, you simply have to select the link for removal at the end of each e-mail received.

Periodically send you communications and updates about our services and products.

Legal basis

User’s voluntary and express consent.

Storage period

We keep your data as long as this service is working or until you withdraw your consent. If you revoke your consent (and therefore of your unsubscription), we will keep, for the time allowed by law, only the data proving the successful registration and subsequent unsubscription.

d) Cookies

Right to complain
