What’s your job today, and what do you do?

I’m a Production Engineer. I work in the Production Department assembling machines, testing boards, and configuring operating systems.

What has your journey been like so far?

After graduating in 2022 at the Badoni high school in Lecco, with a specialization in IT, I decided to enter the job market right away.

I was looking for an environment where I could challenge myself and learn by doing: Digitec gave me that opportunity, and it is, in fact, my first professional experience.

What skills really make the difference in your role?

From a technical perspective, IT skills are essential to truly understand how the information technology systems and production processes work.

When it comes to soft skills, I consider operational precision and attention to detail very important – especially in a lean production environment, where work organization and time management play a key role.

These are the elements that help you handle and complete every task in a clear, structured, and effective way.

What do you appreciate about your job at Digitec?

What I appreciate most is the working environment and the collaborative atmosphere you experience every day. It’s a context that supports open discussion, growth, and teamwork.

In my role, what engages me the most is the opportunity to get hands-on with practical activities, observe processes up close, and make a concrete contribution to daily tasks.

The combination of operational tasks and technical application is what motivates me the most, because it helps me truly understand how processes work.
