Digitec certified Workplace that promotes health – “Lombardy WHP Network”
ATS Brianza awarded Digitec on April 5th as a company of the Province that promotes health in accordance with the WHP – Workplace Health Promotion circuit.
The “Workplaces that Promote Health – Lombardy WHP Network” program is based on the model promoted by the WHO and has as a priority objective promoting organizational changes in workplaces in order to make them environments conducive to the conscious adoption and diffusion of lifestyles healthy, contributing to the prevention of chronic diseases.
The companies participating in the program undertake to build, through a participatory process and with a view to social responsibility, a context that favors the adoption of behaviors and good practices in terms of nutrition, physical activity, tobacco smoking, the fight against addictions and work-life balance.
Even Digitec, which for the first year decided to join this circuit, has activated a structured path and obtained the “sticker” with the actions implemented to become part of this network: the certificate issued by ATS is a a tangible sign of how much health, first of all of its collaborators, is a topic that is close to Digitec’s heart.
